Ideal for contractors whose requirements are not as great as contractors in large markets where high production is a must in order to compete. The SPL Series is the industry standard both internationally and domestically in small stationary and portable asphalt plants. This one load system was designed with portability in mind. Trailered on a single frame, the SPL Series combines all components needed for asphalt production: drying/mixing drum, wetwash, cold feed bin, and surge system with options for an environmentally friendly baghouse system. Contractors can choose between manual or automated operations with options such as additional cold feeds and several types of surge systems.
SPL Series are offered in these production sizes: 60 tons per hour (55 metric tons) 110 tons per hour (100 metric tons) 160 tons per hur (145 metric tons) STARTUP COSTS ARE ALWAYS A MAJOR CONCERN. THAT IS WHY ADM EMPLOYS A SINGLE LOAD, PARALLEL FLOW DRUM ARRANGMENT THAT IS PERFECTLY EQUIPPED FOR THE SMALLER ASPHALT CONTRACTOR.
